DEMO: The Launchpad for Emerging Technology

The Institute for Information Industry (III) was founded in 1979 to integrate public and private resources to promote and enrich Taiwan’s Internet, information and communication technology (ICT) industry and information society. III is dedicated to industrial upgrades, application promotions, R&D, the cultivation of IT professionals and the ICT infrastructure. III has played a pivotal role in Taiwan’s transformation from a hardware-driven society into one of the leading software and Webware societies in the world, and will continue to shape Taiwan’s information technology and Internet policies and develop the ICT industry and society in the years to come.
